Time for Recess! Group Training for all Fitness Levels

Join us for Recess. A new way to look at group training. Designed to accomodate all fitness levels every session will help you with weight loss, muscle toning, enhancing flexibility, stability and strength. 45 minutes of smart focused training works for your busy schedule.
